Immigration Legal Assistance
If you have existing DACA status, the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) Legal Services (DLS) Program can help with renewals. The program also provides assistance to eligible participants for USCIS filing fees and Education and Outreach.

Immigration Services Program (ISP)

Immigration Legal Assistance
The Immigration Services Program (ISP) provides no-cost legal assistance to immigrants for affirmative remedies to achieve lawful permanent residency. Legal services include Naturalization application assistance, DACA renewal assistance, Adjustment of Status, Family-Based Immigration, U-Visa (Victims of Crime), VAWA (Domestic Violence) and more.

Removal Defense

Immigration Legal Assistance
The Removal Defense (RD) program provides no-cost legal representation in Immigration Court for immigrants who are facing deportation. RD legal services are available at select Local Catholic Charities Organizations.

Unaccompanied & Undocumented Minors Program

Immigration Legal Assistance
The Unaccompanied and Undocumented Minors Program (UUM) provides no-cost legal services to eligible unaccompanied undocumented minors. Legal services include assistance in filing and preparing for legal proceedings for immigration status. UUM services are provided at select Local Catholic Charities Organizations.

Storm Assistance For Immigrants (SAI)

Emergency Services
SAI provides case management and direct monetary assistance to undocumented households impacted by the winter storms of 2022-23. The Catholic Charities statewide network delivers outreach, screening, case management, and direct aid to impacted, undocumented households.
