When Sebastian first came to Catholic Charities, he was struggling to navigate the complex and confusing process of enrolling in Medi-Cal. He thought it might be because of his immigration status, and he was starting to lose hope. After all, trying to understand and navigate a government healthcare system can be so overwhelming.
