Provides medical respite care for individuals experiencing homelessness who are exiting the hospital and need a safe place to recover. Nightingale reduces hospital readmissions and provides healing with dignity. Located on Jefferson Street, Nightingale offers 8 beds for hospital referred patients.
Clients receive:
- Beds, meals, showers, and laundry
- Transportation to medical appointments
- Case management and housing support
- Connection to community resources
